Kalami beach

 

In the northern part of Corfu, is a well-known, popular beach, both with tourists as with the locals. It is literally a scenery made for film-making. It was featured in “Tycoon”, starring Anthony Quinn and Jaqueline Bisset in 1978, as well as in the James Bond movie “For Your Eyes Only”, starring Roger Moore in 1981, not to mention countless documentaries and the latest ITV production of the series “The Durrells”, which featured the life of the Durrell family on Corfu island.

Agios Stefanos beach

 

Agios Stefanos beach is a small picturesque cove less than a 15-min drive from our Artist’s House. It used to be a fishermen’s village and still retains a small anchorage for fishing boats, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea as you watch the boats come in with their fresh catch early in the morning. The beach has small pebbles and the transparent waters are safe for small children.

Kerasia beach

 

Kerasia Beach is located at the end of an evergreen olive grove. The contrast of the emerald greenery and the turquoise Ionian Sea will embrace you for moments of perfect relaxation under the cool shade of the trees. It is also an ideal spot for snorkeling or scuba diving, as the underwater world at the north east Corfu coastline is one of the richest and most diverse areas in Corfu island.

Agni beach

 

Agni is characterized as one of the most cosmopolitan beaches of Corfu, popular with small yachts that moor around the bay. Situated at the end of a lush olive grove, the beach offers a wide range of facilities, such as ample parking space, umbrellas and loungers for hire and even a boat service, if you feel like driving your own motor boat and exploring the adjacent secluded beaches, accessible only by sea.

The Villa is located in Porta Sinies, a little up on the island where there are many villas and where wealthy guests prefer to spend their holidays. Guests are advised to rent a car so they can visit the island, its local markets, restaurants and beaches. 330 meters from the villa there is the famous restaurant “The Panorama”, the villa is also close to several beaches like: Kouloura 5km, Avlaki 6km, Kerasia 7km, Agios Stefanos 6km, Kassiopi 7km,where are cafe / bars, restaurants, supermarket, doctors ect.
